The Report Incident module allows you to report an incident against any person or staff member in the school system.
>Add multiple incidents
>Record Incident Date and Time, Perpetrator, and Victim details
>Auto generates incident codes for easy follow up
In the incident approval module view the reported incident status, whether it has been approved or canceled.
>Approve and cancel the recorded incident.
>Search the incident with the report code
Create new incident reports for others or edit existing incident reports. The incident manager records the details of the incident such as incident location and behavior, injury type, costs, and associated report.
>Record incident date and time
>Enter estimated offence cost
>Record Law Enforcement Report Details
The Student Discipline feature allows admin to assign disciplinary action(s) to students identified as perpetrators in an incident. View the reported/ ongoing/ past disciplinary incident details and incident Status.
>Enter disciplinary action taken against the selected student(s)
>Address special students’ disciplinary action
>Take Attendance while editing any existing discipline record
